Donalds Leads Effort To Codify President Trump's America First Energy Agenda Into Law
WASHINGTON – Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL) has introduced legislation to codify President Trump's four, May 23, 2025, executive orders regarding the production and national security implications of domestic nuclear energy.
H.R. 3667 - "The Strengthening American Nuclear Energy (SANE) Act" is the 15th piece of legislation introduced by Congressman Donalds during the 119th Congress and specifically codifies following executive orders: (1) Deploying Advanced Nuclear Reactor Technologies for National Security; (2) Ordering the Reform of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission; (3) Reforming Nuclear Reactor Testing at the Department of Energy; and (4) Reinvigorating the Nuclear Industrial Base.
"In November, the American people granted us an unprecedented mandate to implement President Trump’s America First Agenda," said Congressman Donalds (R-FL). "Now more than ever, it’s up to Congress to hold up our end of the bargain. Energy security is national security and it’s imperative that our nation re-asserts our dominance in the nuclear space."

Dear Fellow Floridian,
Hurricane Season is officially here, and as I reminded Florida families on last week's annual hurricane preparedness tour, NOW is the time to MAKE A PLAN to keep you and your family safe!
Floridians can visit my website, www.rickscott.senate.gov/hurricane-preparedness or ready.gov to make a preparedness plan and find helpful resources for when storms hit. Floridians know better than anybody that stocking up on disaster supplies; things like flashlights, batteries, first aid kits, radios, and other essentials now will make all the difference. As my good friend Jim Cantore and I always say, when Florida's prepared, we can weather any storm. Don't take chances with your safety. Start preparing today.

Rebuilding our Critical Supply Chains: In last week’s Health Subcommittee hearing, we focused on a critical issue: boosting domestic manufacturing of pharmaceuticals and medical devices while strengthening our nation’s health care supply chain. This is more than just a health policy matter—it's a national security and economic priority which is why I co-founded the Domestic Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Caucus in Congress. Reducing America's reliance on foreign sources for essential medications and products remains one of my top goals, as we seek to create opportunities that support a reliable, safe, resilient, and efficient health care supply chain for all Americans. May I start with this one major omission from the legacy media? The anarchy on full display in Los Angeles did not begin over a raid, as claimed. It is said to have begun with one local democrat leader who saw ICE members going inside the gates of their headquarters in large numbers on a Saturday and in large numbers. Thinking something was up, he put a blast on social media for everyone to come see what was going on and he gave them the location. When the mob started showing up, they began their assault on the men and women who were just arriving to begin their day. There wasn't any raid in progress. On the other hand, it is also claimed that a business owner became disenchanted with an illegal employee who was working for him, so he called ICE on the man. Who can you believe?
Either way, it was not ICE who started this chaos, it was those who came and threw rocks, bottles, and Molotov cocktails ( a container filled with flammable fluids, lit, and thrown). These people came with a chip on their shoulders and fight in their hearts. They actually believe they have the moral ground in this. Their leadership is no better than they are. You have the governor of California doing his best to deflect what is going on by picking a fight with the president, and I am talking about a president who wields more power than he does. Then you have Congresswoman Maxine Waters doing her best to have her own Tiananmen Square moment as she confronts our National Guard personnel and chastises them, while sniping at them verbally, “What is y’all going to do, shoot us and shoot me, a U.S. Congresswoman?”
As we all know, if this was truly a peaceful protest, there would be no fires, no looting, no attacking law enforcement, no blocking traffic, and no readily made available ad hoc materials and stockpiles of objects and protective gear that can be used in this insurrection against the police and national guard.
Honestly, I believe that those on the left are hoping that a police officer, national guardsman, or U.S. Marine gets into a situation where they will have to shoot to kill. This will provide the legacy media with the excuse to label this as worse than the Kent State Shooting in 1970 in Ohio and place this solely on Donald Trump. Trump will have to guard against this. Such a repeat could turn the tide of support in favor of the illegal alien sympathizers. Our Marines, I know for a fact, do not play around. MS-13 and all of the other gangs do not want to antagonize them. It would be a big mistake. Hopefully, the president can squelch this uprising fast.

Marines Arrest Senior California National Guard NCO on Suspicion of Mutiny
By

June 9, 2025
United States Marines aiding ICE and the National Guard in California arrested a senior California National Guard NCO for treason Sunday afternoon, Real Raw News has learned.
At approximately 1300 hours, a Marine Recon squad apprehended Command Chief Master Sergeant Lynn E. Williams, Command Senior Enlisted Leader to the Adjutant General California Military Department, outside his home and handed him a military arrest warrant charging him with insurrection and treason.
A day earlier, Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command at Fort Meade, Maryland, had intercepted a telephone conversation between Williams and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass. During that call, an agitated Bass begged Williams to convince his superiors that deploying the National Guard onto the streets of Los Angeles would exacerbate riots, endanger "undocumented persons," and foment citizen hatred against the United States military.
Bass had implored Williams to exert whatever influence he had in the Guard to stop President Trump's "invasion of Los Angeles." Williams initially responded reasonably, telling Bass she should plead her case to actual officers, Major General Matthew P. Beevers and Brigadier General David L. Kauffman of the California Military Department, as they had authority over the National Guard's actions.
When Bass said she'd tried unsuccessfully to reach those officers, Williams uttered a shocking disclosure: "Trump's not my commander-in-chief anyway. Never was. He doesn't deserve my loyalty. I'll resist today, resist tomorrow, resist until Trump's forces stand down or leave our citizens alone."
His bilious language, our source said, was treasonous and incompatible with the oath he had sworn to defend the Constitution.
"It goes without saying we had good reason to detain him," our source said. "He was talking about mutiny. We found him, tracked him, and stopped him."
A Marine interdiction team, he added, tailed Williams as he was driving from his office to his home and confronted him with evidence of his disloyal behavior immediately after he had pulled into his driveway and exited the vehicle. Surrounded, Williams, who was unarmed, showed his empty hands and demanded to know why Marines had deployed to Los Angeles without his knowledge.
"This isn't a deployment; it's a mission—you're our mission," a Marine told him. "We need you to come with us."
"And if I refuse," Williams said.
"That would be unwise," a Marine told him.
Our source said that Williams was handcuffed and taken to a Marine encampment a few miles south of Los Angeles. There, interrogated by Marine officers, Williams emphatically refuted allegations of treason. When interrogators compelled him to listen to a recording of the phone conversation he'd had with Bass, Williams smiled and laughed.
"That's your evidence? Really? I told her that just to get the bitch off my back. I'm MAGA, and I support President Trump."
"We'll see about that," an interrogator said to him.
Our source said Williams will remain in custody while Marine leadership investigates his story.
Asked about Bass, he said, "We've heard she's fled the area and caught a private jet out of California. Yeah, they can run but can't hide forever. Deep Staters always show their faces eventually."

Why NPR & PBS Should Be Defunded
By Author CS Bennett
On my long drive home from Jacksonville today, I was in the process of switching radio stations when I came across one of three NPR stations on my car radio. The riots in Los Angeles seemed to be the topic, so I paused to hear what they had to say about it. What I heard only reinforced my views about those on the Left. They are outright liars, and they are nothing more than low-life propagandists and mouthpieces for the Left-wing apparatus in this country. Altogether, as a group, they appear hell-bent on destroying this great republic. And they are still angry at Trump and the MAGA Movement. This is how the radio conversation went…
The NPR commentator falsely stated that Trump had sent our US Marines into Los Angeles to suppress the protesters, which was an outright lie. Our fine US Marines were sent to the City of Angels to protect Federal Buildings and other federal property. And even if they were sent there to suppress the rioters, they had just cause to. Rioters are not protesters. The scums causing havoc over there are nothing more than anarchists.
The commentator also had problems with Vice President JD Vance rightfully calling the situation in Los Angeles an insurrection and asking on air, “When did protesters waving a foreign flag ever reach the level of an insurrection?” Yes, this brain-dead commentator actually asked this. I say if they love and miss Mexico so much, let them go back home. Let’s be real, this is a riot, not a protest. These nut jobs are setting fires, destroying property, assaulting and maiming law enforcement, looting, and blocking traffic.
This commentator also referenced Trump’s earlier comment about California Governor Newsom’s risk of being arrested if he were to break the law, then this commentator had the audacity to ask when have we, as a country, started going after elected officials with the intent to put them in jail. I say, perhaps you might want to ask President Trump that question. Not only did they try to put him behind bars for life, they also wanted to put him in the poor house. With several attempts to kill him under their belts, it is obvious they wanted him dead, as well, perhaps with a little help from their friend (Iran?).
The sad part of this is that low-information individuals, those who only watch Legacy Media, and those who are tuned in to NPR and PBS, tend to believe the misinformation coming from these sources. This is why we must stay positive and remain firm in our beliefs and convictions. Fortunately for us, the Left is committing suicide right before our eyes and it’s all self-inflicted. I say, let them. Let them go the way of the cassette player and eight-track player. At least you will likely find a cassette player or eight-track player in a museum down the road… In my eyes, the Left isn't worthy of such a distinction… So, I say, step aside. Do not stand in the way of them becoming extinct… They are simply getting what they deserve.
On the 250th Anniversary of the United States Army parade, which will take place within an hour, I was hard-pressed to find any favorable coverage of it. Legacy media outlets are focused on the No King’s Day March and big time. While they are referring to the Washington DC Anniversary of the Army Parade as nothing more than a spectacle, they have little problem portraying the rioters as patriots who are just exercising their constitutional right to protest. Once again, the myopic Left is siding with the forces of evil. If you ask me, this is a path that will ultimately lead to their demise. They have my blessings! For me, it's not soon enough…
DADDY TAUGHT ME TO FIT IN
Proverbs 1: 8-9 “My son, hear the instruction of thy father, and forsake not the law of thy mother: For they shall be an ornament of grace unto thy head, and chains about thy neck.”
Normally when I think of the many things my dad taught me, I think of plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills. Teaching me to fit in was one lesson at which he was, in most cases, unsuccessful. I just never saw the point.
One day we were installing the electrical system in a new house build in a neighboring county. I was about twelve years old. By then he had taught me how to wire in switches, receptacles and light fixtures.
While wiring in a switch in a bathroom, suddenly the 115 volt AC current ran through my unsuspecting body. I probably uttered a few phrases inappropriate for a good little Christian boy to say. Dad came into the room to check on (or reprimand) me.
He laughed and nonchalantly said, “That low voltage won’t hurt you” but I certainly could not agree. Numerous times since then I’ve gotten in touch with that voltage and it still hurts, but it hasn’t killed me yet. Yes, I learned a very important lesson that day; check the power before handling the copper.
Daddy forced me to go to church. At that age I’d much rather have been fishing but he had a different opinion and only his opinion mattered in this case. As the years passed, I realized he was right to make me go and I now appreciate him doing that (Proverbs 22: 6).
To raise a child in church may at time seem like an up-hill battle but in the long term, it is well worth the ordeal. It’s amazing how much smarter our dads are when we hit that twenty-five year old point.
Some of the lessons we learn from our fathers are unspoken. By observation we learn as much or more than by other methods, both good and bad. Fortunately, flat phones didn’t exist then so I had to pay attention because at times, there wasn’t anything else to do.
One very valuable lesson he taught me was, when on the job, if one completes a designated task, do not sit down. Look around for something productive to do. On a carpentry or plumbing job there is always plenty to do. Grab a broom if nothing else.
Also, to prepare for a second vocation is just common sense and like an insurance policy. The first one could go belly-up and a “fall-back-on” skill may prove a life saver.
He tried to teach me (by observation) to be courteous. I witnessed him extend courtesies where they may not have been required. He was a gentleman extraordinaire.
Another basic concept he taught me (unintentionally) was to fit in wherever I happen to be. I’ve preached and taught in homeless missions, prisons, motorcycle rallies, the African jungle, with Aborigines in Australia and many other places and people. Attendance numbers have varied from six to 1500.
I’ve talked to two U.S. presidents, senators, and world famous evangelists. They all put their pants on just like we do, one foot and leg at a time. We are all just people.
Being warned about culture shock before my first mission assignment to East Africa, apprehensive may have been an appropriate description of my thoughts. Seen were many things different from what I was used to but culture shock, never!
Dad did tell me, “Don’t ever meet a stranger. They’re all people, just like you are. And never regard someone as being better than you or a lesser person than you. God created us all and in His eyes we are of the same value.”
Look a man in the eye when shaking hands and give a firm grip. Respect people until they give you a good reason not to and treat all women as ladies. You don’t have to repay disrespect with disrespect.
Daddy didn’t get mad at me very often but when he did, he called me “Boy!” One day I brought home a bad report card from school. He lit in to me like I had good sense (which at 16 I did not). “Boy,” he said, if you’d work on your school subjects like you do guns, fishing lures, baseball and drag racing, you’d make straight A’s.”
“But Daddy, it’s not my fault, they teach the wrong subjects in school. If they taught guns, fishing lures, baseball and drag racing, I’d make straight A’s.” Of course that went over like a concrete blimp.
Daddy, like most Christian fathers, taught me John 3: 16. “For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
It’s not likely I remember the first time he and I discussed that very important verse in the Bible but I do remember asking him, “Believe what?”
Dad said “whosoever” refers to all people and I certainly believe that. “Begotten” is a word you won’t often hear. It means “here for a specific purpose” or “designated” (in Jesus’ case to save the world).
Dad said the Bible is the word of God and it tells us Jesus was born of a virgin in order that He could live a perfect sinless life (1 Peter 2: 22) and be the unblemished blood sacrifice for the sins of the world (Deuteronomy 17: 1).
To give us eternal life for simply believing something doesn’t seem like a very high price to pay but the Bible says what the Bible says.
I sure miss my dad. Father’s Day is a very special time and an emotional time for me. Time doesn’t heal if healing is forgetting, as many believe. I’m catching myself with tears in my eyes as I type this.
